Thank you for all the communication, reassurance and time you put in to make sure that we were 100% happy with our choice to purchase our log cabin from yourselves. The log cabin was delivered on time as arranged and was of a higher standard than we had expected.
The assembly instructions and part listing were easy to follow, as parts were all numbered, making erection of the log cabin fairly straight forward.
It was very kind of you to sort out the queries we had, a lot of companies don't want to know once they've got your money, but it was so nice to deal with someone as genuine as yourself. We have taken some pictures for your records and would be very happy to recommend or reassure anyone who would be interested in purchasing one of your cabins.
