How long do I have to wait for delivery once I
have bought my new log cabin?
Our factories are constantly producing the full
range of our cabins. We aim to deliver most cabins within 2 weeks
from point of order. However, these times will vary depending on
the cabin purchased and your specific needs. For up to date

What do I need to prepare before my cabin
arrives?
A solid, level foundation will be required for
your cabin to sit on. This can be concrete, paving slabs, wooden
decking or a "sleeper" system. If you need more detailed advice

Can you make the base for me?
Generally, no. We can however make paving slab
bases in certain circumstances.
Where does the wood come from?
We source all our wood from reputable sources
in Russia and Siberia which has been slow grown and matured in the
correct manner. All of our wood comes from Renewable Forests. Due
to the high quality of our wood, we are proud to be official
suppliers to The National Forestry Commission of the United
Kingdom.
How much does your installation service cost?
The price is determined by the size of cabin
